In a shocking display of toddler entitlement, Bendigo baby Isabella Harcourt-Smythe has reportedly refused to have her first birthday at McDonald’s, claiming it’s “beneath her.”
According to sources close to the family, Isabella threw her organic quinoa snack on the floor when the Golden Arches were suggested, demanding a venue with “more class.”
“Isabella’s been raised on free-range purees and artisanal smoothies since she was six months old,” explained her mother, Felicity, while adjusting her daughter’s monogrammed onesie.
Instead, Isabella will celebrate her milestone at a boutique winery with a violinist and a grazing table of handcrafted finger foods.
“It’s what she deserves,” sighed Felicity, ignoring her daughter’s latest tantrum over being offered a non-organic apple juice.
Meanwhile, Macca’s staff have expressed relief, citing “one less screaming child to deal with.”
