An emu at Kyabram Fauna Park is accused of masterminding an underground cassowary fight club. Witnesses claim the formidable bird, known for its intimidating presence, has secretly organized and refereed intense cassowary battles after hours.
Park officials disbelieved the accusations, stating, “We never suspected our seemingly mild-mannered cassowary of harbouring such activities. It’s a real pecking order scandal.”
Authorities are investigating the alleged cassowary fight club to determine whether feathers were ruffled in these unsanctioned bouts. The cassowary, dubbed “The Beak Baron” by fight club attendees, remains tight-beaked about the accusations.
Meanwhile, other birds at the park are said to be flapping over the scandal, with some demanding stricter regulations on avian athletic competitions. As feathers continue to fly, the ordinarily serene Kyabram Fauna Park finds itself at the centre of an unexpected breakdown in bird relations.
