Construction of Bendigo’s GovHub has ground to a halt following the discovery of the remains of the council’s self-respect.
In a written statement the construction manager Gerald McSwot said a project archaeologist found the remains were discovered Thursday morning about 10:30am during morning smoko. The self-respect was dated prior to the mall redevelopment. The archaeologist also believes the demolition could be a metaphor.
Also discovered in the rubble were plans for 5 new rubbish bins, a Krispy Kreme and KFC’s secret recipe.
