Bendigo TAFE alumni have spoken out about the popular ‘Heroes are made…’ ad campaign.
“I did Certificate 2 in Commercial Cookery, and, let me tell you, I’m no hero,” Damo Price told The Bendigo Standard.
Mr Price believes he did not develop any mutant powers while studying and believes it is false advertising.
“There was no bald guy in a wheelchair teaching me how to make a risotto with my mind. Tony Stark never asked me for his help to defeat Thanos while I was on my 5th smoko.”
Mr Price believes the only powers he has to show for it now are peeling potatoes, 30 years of Simpsons references, and turning bong water into good times.
