Shazza has fallen head over heels in the Eaglehawk IGA car park, where the roar of a 1988 VL Commodore and the unmistakable strains of Cold Chisel have captured her heart.
Shazza was not shy about her preferences and was smitten by the bad boy charms of Braxton, a local McDonald’s worker. “His driving is just so aggressive and wild – the way he can whip that VL Commodore around in tight circles gets me hot,” she gushed.
Braxton confirmed this mutual attraction, telling The Bendigo Standard, “I was just out here practising my burnouts, getting ready for Summernats. Next thing I know, Shazza comes waltzing over, and I can’t help but yell, ‘What did you think? Good enough for ya?’ I think she digs that kinda thing, you know?”
The couple’s budding romance seemed to defy all odds, overcoming hurdles or judgment from onlookers. Shazza was smitten, her heart racing at the thought of joining Braxton in his beloved VL Commodore.
Braxton has already begun planning their future together. “I’m gonna lift the VL, put on some bigger rims, and chuck a big Southern Cross on the bonnet.”
The IGA store manager was watching the spectacle unfold. “I never thought I’d see the day when true love blossomed in my car park. Just don’t do any more burnouts, youse two!”
