The results of a survey conducted by The Bendigo Standard this week discovered that no one could tell the difference between lemongrass and grass clippings.
“It’s the healthiest way to experience vegan food, and it’s guilt-free”, local vegan cafe owner Lambo Malt said.
“I didn’t even know it was the same thing,” a local vegan enthusiast said.
“It looks like it’s come out of my grass catcher. I wouldn’t even classify it as food,” said one customer.
“This new type of lemongrass will go well with my orange smoothie,” another customer said. “It’s yummy.”
