A mum jeans shop will open its doors in Bendigo to a crowd of excited customers today in Bath Lane.
Mum’s Jeanery is the brainchild of Helen Matthews. A foster mum of six from Strath Heights.
The boutique store specialises in mum jeans and jean jackets for the everyday trendy mum.
Ms Matthews said, “I want to offer Bendigo a choice of jeans for the everyday mum that not only look great but feel great too.”
A ribbon cutting with giant craft scissors is planned for today 1 pm by Mayor Margaret O’Rourke.
There will be free food, scrapbooking lessons. A free gift of the Aerobic Oz Style Best Of DVD’ will be included with every purchase this week.
As this is mum zone, no kids are permitted.
