Bendigo Man Loses 85 Kilos On The “CSIRO Lazy Moes Diet”

Weight loss is simple. Eat less, exercise more, and voilà: The pounds melt away. Unfortunately, it’s not always that easy. Fortunately, a local man has the answer.

Graeme Fogg discovered the holy grail of weight loss after losing 85 kg on the CSIRO Total Lazy Moes Diet.

“That’s like 30 babies.”

“I started dieting six months ago. I was 150 kg; now look at me! The CSIRO Lazy Moes Diet allows me to eat all the Parma’s I want, guilt-free,” said Mr Fogg.

“After losing the baby fat, I had more energy for cooking, eating and eating,” Mr Fogg told The Bendigo Standard.

Graeme’s hot tips for losing weight include avoiding rabbit food like salads and sticking to the five essential food groups: Parma’s, chips, craft beer, Ben & Jerry’s and Parma’s.

“I don’t do gyms because going out for dinner is cheaper,” Mr Fogg said.
