Local Man Can’t Wait To Rock Out To Mariah Carey’s All I Want For Christmas

A local Man tweeted his excitement and joy today that he will be able to start playing All I Want For Christmas from December 1 after a Christmas music restraining order was filed.

Last year the Bendigo council put a restraining order on Malcolm Jeremiah, a 43 year old Strathfieldsayian when his Neighbours complained on November 30 it wasn’t Christmas yet.

Mr Jeremiah has been ordered to stay at least 20 metres from his Christmas CD collection and banned him from accessing any music streaming services each year from December 26 till December 1 the following year.

Earlier on today he tweeted his excitement.

Spokesperson for the Bendigo Council said they are looking at bringing in a similar law for shops who sell Christmas decorations in October or Easter eggs and Hot Cross buns 6 months early.
